Fundations Plus gives the full functionality of Fundations plus,a highly sophisticated Payroll Module. With this module, users are able to set-up employees to be paid at different pay rates within one check. Also, if necessary, employee hours can be charged to multiple account numbers and funds.

Because Fundations is a fully integrated system, payroll charges to multiple accounts are automatically tracked.

• Three different Payroll accounting options which include: single payroll fund, multiple funds, or outsourcing
• Benefit tracking of sick and vacation leave, as well as tracking of unlimited types of user-defined leaves
• Ability to charge employees to multiple account numbers and funds either on an hour or percentage basis
• Multiple checks for the same employee in the same pay period

The Payroll module of Fundations will also simplify the generation of your year-end tax reports by:

Calculating all taxes using built in tax tables Calculating quarterly and annual tax filing reports Processing unlimited payroll deductions-either pre-tax or after tax Generating year-end W-2s and W-3s

Users are able to print laser checks on pre-printed laser forms.
