Bee, Bergvall & Co., PC is a strategic partner in Fundations. Bee, Bergvall & Co. is a Certified Public Accounting firm with a niche in local government services. The firm represents over 18 municipalities ranging in size from a budget of $500,000 to $42 million. Additionally, Bee, Bergvall & Co. staff has had direct experience as a Finance Director for a Pennsylvania municipality, as leaders of a local Finance Forum and are also active in the Government Finance officers Association (GFOA), at the regional level. The GFOA is a state and national organization for municipal finance officers.

Cynthia Bergvall is a frequent speaker at the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs Local Government statewide conference, as well as a previous speaker at the Pennsylvania State Associate of Township Supervisors (PSATS), Pa Municipal Managers (PMMA) & GFOA conferences.


Bee, Bergvall & Co. has worked closely with Noetic Software, Inc. in the early stages of Fundations development to build a strong foundation for the integrity of the program. They are also responsible for training on the system.


By having CPAs experienced in municipal government train users of the Fundations programs, we are able to not only provide intimate knowledge of fund accounting, but also knowledge of systems and protocols for municipal finance offices.
